Today, Day One. I'm going to start honestly writing down what I am eating, exercise and my reaction.
Breakfast ~ Caramel Late, Slice of Banana Bread
Lunch ~ Boost Juice
Snacks ~ Cashews
Dinner ~ Beef Snitzel, carrots, beans, potato, half a slice of bread, & gravy
Dessert ~ Grapes, Nut Delight Bar
Exercise ~ Worked 6 hours, walked up and down the mall
Reaction to today's diet & exercise is, HOLY SHIT. Cut it down! So bad. I feel disgusting.
